Exchange & Return

• Exchanges and returns are possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
• In the case of a return due to simple change of mind, the amount minus the round-trip shipping fee will be refunded, and the product and packaging must be resellable. (It is not possible if the product box or tag is damaged.)
• If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the full amount including the shipping fee will be refunded.
• Only options with no additional cost can be exchanged for the same product or within the same product.
• Custom-made products or sealed packaging products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind.
• The exchange / refund / AS criteria separately written in the product description of a specific brand take precedence.
• If there are free gifts, they must be returned together.

How to exchange and return

1. Follow the return application form below to info@kinfolk.kr and send it by e-mail or by writing a text message to 070-4333-4323.

2. When the customer center contacts you, please prepare and ship the product to the address below.

3. Return method

Method 1. Kinfolk Designated Delivery Service (CJ Logistics)

Number of customer visits by designated courier service within 2-4 days after application -> Returns and refunds completed within 3-4 days after collection (however, refunds after deducting shipping costs)

Method 2. Customer’s random return

After application, return at cost using or etc. -> Full refund (However, refund after deducting the full amount of the delivery fee in the case of return of the flight paid on delivery (receipt paid))
